Weights on my grandfather clock?

Our clock was shipped lately, I was wondering about the weights, I know the weight in the middle reaches the bottom first, but the one on the left side seems to be higher than the one on the right side.
I didn't think that it did that before it was packed and shipped.
Edmund J. Hefele is where I got it in Heidelberg, Germany.

I also have a clock purchased from Ed Hefele in Germany. The weight in the middle moves faster because it's controlled by the movements of the clock's hand. The other two weights are for the music and the chimes. My left and right are slightly different also when I silence the music or set the night off on. However, I would suggest that you get a professional to come take a look at your clock. Strange things happen in the transporting of goods from Germany to State side. If anything needs replacing call Ed. My weight casings were damaged. We had to call Ed to send us replacements for them. No one in our area sold such beautifully designed casings. Dealer immediately knew that the casings were not purchased in the States
