Mend Fiat Charging Hold Charge

sciento charging?

I have a fiat scicento and after a couple of days standing the battery does not hold its charge. I have replaced the battery and the same happens. The battery is able to be charged because after the car has been running for a whiule the battery appears ok. The same thing happens once it has been left for a couple of days though. Any ideas what's wrong?
