Mend Nissan Tino Almera Stuck

Nissan Almera Tino seat belt retracted and stuck?

We took the back seats out, after putting them back in the rear offside seat belt which had retracted into the seatbelt socket has got stuck and I cant pull it out, anyone have any idea how I can get this released easily?

I have tried this but it doesnt work, how can I get to the ball to release it from being locked?

take the car for a drive come back and park on LEVEL GROUND the seat belt should now be free .when you removed the seat you dislodged the internal ball which LOCKS the seat belt up
