samsung RS21FCSV freezer side not cooling properly?
We have had this side by side fridge freezer for 3 years. The fridge and freezer both stopped working completely. We were advised to turn it off for 48 hours which we did. When we turned it back on the fridge is now ok at 3°C. The freezer is supposed to be -20, but fluctuates wildly between -16 and +2 (according to the display). The thermometer I put inside reads about -5 usually. What is wrong with it?????? Can anyone help please? We are having difficulty finding someone that fixes these samsung side by sides.
Hi my Samsung rs21fcsv is not cooling , the lights are on and the panel is on but temp is not cooling down the compressor is on and rear fan blowing and I have checked behind the panel is its frosted up and it's not,any help

I have had exactly the same problem. An engineer has said that it is a gas blockage and it is a write off!!!!
I am trying to claim from currys under the sale of goods act, at the moment.

need to replace the senor in the freezer and fan motor unit and will sort problem if give idea were u located can find local engineer for u.
