How do I connect my vertical blinds together?

When I close my vertical blinds, only 2 veins move. They are disconnected from the others. I have to manually close them, but they open find. It looks like they are disconnected inside the track. I tried to connect them using a pair of tweezers, but this doesn't work. How can I reconnect them?
