cargo hub seal K reg?

Hi, is there anyone who has the time and the patience to talk me through the correct way to change the rear hub oil seal on my 7.5 tonn K reg ford cargo. So many people are telling me this way, that way, but no ones willing to assist me because i'm told its a very difficult job and I need a speciel type of socket to remove the shaft. Hope somone can help, I am a hands on person and really would like to do this myself with a little help if someone can kindly talk/type me through it. Cheers Rob
