change exit time on optima 2 plus?

Hi Lisa, do you have the engineer code, the only way you can change options on a control panel is via the engineer mode.
Your not telling us enough info, was it installed by a company or yourselves as a DIY project.
The reason why i ask would possible determine if the code was changed on install or not.
