Mend Bosch SGS45C08GB06 Pump Reset Runs

my boschh classixx sgs45c08gb06 pump is continually running !?

My pump is continually running I know the flood valve needs to be reset but how !! It runs even when I open the door or when display is on 0! Any one Help !!!
