How can repair my Ibm 600e with bios password problem?

I bought an IBM thinkpad 600e and when i boot it, it shows me error 163 and i changed the cmos battery after then it does not shows error again but if i turn it on it shows me 097728 kb ok but if i press enter key it wil not open the window and the corsor wil keep blinking
