Mend Alpha Boiler Diverter Valve Replacement

Diverter Valve and Motor Cost?

I have been quoted £500 for a plumber to replace the diverter valve and motor on our Alpha (British Gas) boiler. It sounds a lot to me, what do you think? We are in London by the way.
