Mend Worcester Bosch T45 Heating Thermostat

2003 Worchester Bosch Boiler & T45 Digistat?

I am having some problems with my boiler and thermostat, the thermostat is not talking to the boiler and the boiler keeps switching itself off and all the lights going out when I overide it, any ideas anyone?
