greenstar 24i junior ?

3 story house boiler on first floor thermostat in lounge on ground floor heat on first and second floors is fine but ground floor which is lounge and dining room does not get enough heat . the thermostat is positioned at the base of the stairs which are in the lounge . i have followed instructions in hand book but temp just wont rise and the heating is on 24 hours at moment . HELP

System simply needs balancing by the sound of it. try shutting down (not completely of course) the lockshield valves on the top two floors, this should re-direct more heat to the lower floor radiators.
