Mend Haier WQP12-AFM Dishwasher Water Heating Element Hot

haier dishwasher wqp12-afm water not heating?

Its not the element have already checked. It does not go through cycle (think because water not getting hot), have replaced timer still not going through cycle.
Recently replaced water and drain pumps. Is there a reset button on this model? Appreciate any ideas, cheers M
