how can I stop my BT Freelance XD5500 base unit beeping?
The base unit of my Bt freelance XD5500 suddenly started beeping, as if I had a message waiting. I have managed to check the message system and I dont have any messages, so its not a full memory problem.
All the hand sets work fine its just this constant beeping that is so frustrating, I have seen this problem on other sites however no one seems to have a fix.
Sounds as if you need to do a full reset. There was a previous Q, A, on here about it gives a good description.
