Mend Stihl FS66 Lawn Carburetor Fuel

Stihl FS66 trimmer does not draw gas?

This unit does not have a primer bulb and I already replaced the gas filter and gas line. It will only run if I prime the carburator but will not draw gas from tank.
How do I fix this problem?
