Hi! Super light keeps blinking after switching the power on?

The diplomat dishwasher is not functioning. After switching the power on, the only thing i see is one flash light blinking with a little blip sound after 5 sec. The dishwasher does not go to different programs and hence unable to start on closing the door.
Have tried to clear off water, tried to reset by pressing the program switch many times, tried to power on and off in sequences, cleaned the dishwasher, but nothing helps......Appreciate if someone can share a similar experience.
