Mend Peugeot 206 Mode 11 Look

ECO mode peugeot 206 1.1 look?

I was driving the engine sudenly stoped i let it go down the hill then i stoped the car.I turned the ignition on to try and start the engine .Ignition works but car wan`t start . Message on screan is ECO MODE can anyone help

hi I had the same prob and ive been fixing cars for 20 years now if I was you take out your ecu on left hand side of inner wing and get a torque screwdriver and a Stanley knife scrape the silicon seal open and look at the poles on the bottom plug for burns or damage this can be re wired if you know how to solder its a common fault with peugoet

Eco mode activates if the charge is low or the alternator has failed. Check your alternator is charging, and that your battery is good. If the battery is more than 7 years old it has probably had it.
