How can I fix my KIM30443GB/01 Bosch Fridge/Freezer?

My freezer is working fine but my fridge is not cooling down so the green temperature light inside the door remains flashing. I have checked the back of the fridge and the underneath and see no frosting or ice build up (there is frost building in the freezer though). In addition there is a bubble forming on the back wall of the fridge and ice is forming on the bubble. The black compressor??? is generating heat underneath. Anyone have any ideas on this problem? Much appreciated
