Mend Fiat Punto Bonnet Cable Release

Punto Bonnet jammed?

Hi

The cable is loose & will not pull any more. Totally unable to open from front of car. Can you please help.

if your cable is brake then you need to reach into the engine compartment on the front passenger side. reach up (in the dark !!) past the water pipe that is connected to the radiator, watch out if its hot. Grope around and you will feel a cable sleeve running across the inside, push the sleeve towards the driver side and this should open the mechanism. it worked on mine about 10 minutes ago. Good luck
