Mend Excellence 7.5 Top Rinse Cycle

How can I fix my Excellence 7.5 top loader?

Machine takes forever to fill and sometimes will not fill on rinse cycle. Have check water supply and inline hose filter screens. When it comes to rinse cycle machine starts to beep and hot and cold lights start to flash.
