Mend Vaillant ecoTEC Heating Time Switch

Time switch on Vaillant boiler not working?

The time switch on my Vaillant boiler is running slow and therefore I can't set the heating to come on and off at the appropriate times ! The clock is ticking round but is losing 10 hours in every 24 ! Is it something I can rectify or do I need a new switch ? Thanks.
