Mend Ferroli HE26C Boiler Flue

ferroli he26c?

have just fitted a he26c boiler ,it worked fine for an hour then a fault sign came on to say that the flu was blocked /?having just fitted the boiler how can this be .
the boiler said (a51) flue obstruction any ideas

I press "Eco comfort" for 5 seconds, and then I press "Reset" for 1 second.
The display shows a dash.
Then I press "Eco comfort" for 5 seconds.
