I assume you have the 1.9d(xud)engine fitted,you need to determine if the fault is at the pump or in the immob unit,try a foreign fuel supply to the pump(not the pipe from the tank)and see if it will start,this depends on what fuel system you have(bosch or lucas etc)you maybe able to remove the syop/start soleniod and then retry,if no joy it will need to go to a diesel/ elec specialist to determine the fault.
