Mend Frigidaire FRSU20DCB Fridge Water Compartment

frsu20dcb fridge freezer icing up?

Water is constantly collecting in bottom of the freezer compartment & freezing up. Have turned off water supply / ice cube maker etc but still doing it. What could be the cause?
