Mend Peugeot 406 LX 1.8 Petrol Immobiliser Turn

1997 peugeot 406 lx 1.8 petrol immobiliser keypad?

when i turn the ignition on only the red light on the immobiliser is on but when i enter the code both the red and green lights are on the engine turns over but wont start this has only happened since the battery was disconnect during repair work
