Sam4s ER-5200M help?

Our machine has this on the screen ' PCo'. we have tried to unplug, turn off and switched keys to P, still no keys are functional.

My Sams4s ER-5200M is displaying error codes and emitting a high pitched tone. All of the keys are not functional at all. I have tried the initial clear but that did not fix the problem. Currently the register shows an error code of ECo with the key in the P position and an error code of Eoo with the key Reg position. I have the manual but I am not finding the answer to this question in it. Please help!

my sam4s er5200m will go back to dealer to reprogram the sale items. how do i prevent the dealer to see how much revenue we did last year? we are in a smaller town and i know the dealer is curious..........he even asked me how much we make

my till will not type desciptors when i am in the pgm 300 mode any help

Does it stop when you press clear? If not, I'd try an initial clear. Run through the procedure for the initial clear in your manual. Make sure you do not do the Memory all Clear. That will lose data, but the initial clear just stops the current task.
