Mend Admiral GOJ12347

How can I fix my Admiral TV, model GOJ12347?

My Admiral TV, model GOJ12347 has a black screen and a high-pitched, continuous beeping sound. No manual or remote controls work, not even the power button. Unplugging it overnight has not helped. What is wrong with it?
