Mend Ford Mondeo Engine Starting

why does my 53plate mondeo ref up & down when stationary?

when stationary my cars revs go up and down also when engine is warm it doesnt start straight away can any 1 help

if its petrol the throttle-body as gone on the injection get on second hand one for about 30 / 40 pounds very easy to put on most the time
