Any idea what is wrong with my fiesta?

You don`t say what year your motor is but as long as your filters/plugs/leads are ok then other than that there isn't much else you can do but get it onto a good computer/code reader for a look at what your various sensors are up to, it may be worth taking note what your temp.sensor is doing during warm up.
