how do I remove the top pulley from my lawnmower?

I need to remove the top end from a mountfield lawnmower- the starter cord and housing is off, but the magneto/flywheel has the starter/slipper on top- and I cant see how to remove- any ideas - this one isn't the usual nut type with key on the shaft. Unless thats all hidden under this ratchet type shaft thing.
