Sounds as if it needs the ink pads in the base changing. (Or wash them out and dry them before replacing them - very messy!!!).
Then use SSC Service Utility to reset the counter.

I don't understand your question, but if your printer is no longer working, take it your local council recycling centre to dispose of it, that is if you still have one!
