Mend Peugeot 206 Days Light

automatic 206?

i have only had my automatic 206 for a few days and now the sport and snow light fick between one and the other. It does appear the gear changes but some times this corrects its self and some times i have to pull over turn off the engine then re start. Any one got any ideas pleas

Sounds like a fault with the multi function switch mounted on the top of the al4 gearbox. The sports and snow light indicate a fault with gearbox. Also maybe the very common pressure fault (borg warner solenoids)

the lights flashing will set a diagnostic code. If it can rectify itself wiyhout restarting car it may be just a range switch fault. For specialist www.fedauto.co.uk
