How can I fix my dimplex storage radiator?

dimplex storage radiator only 2 years old, installed in new home by Barratt Builders. Unit will not activate with power on.

hi,if you take the front panel off you will see on top of the storage heater a round disk.within this disk is a button.push it in.you will hear it pop which indicates that the "bi-metalic thermo cut out" has reset.
please switch off at spur first as the unit may be live if the time clock is out....bon chance..
