Mend Ford C-Max 1.6 Diesel Battery Immobiliser

C max diesel flat battery , got new cant start engine?

Hi all i have focus c max 1.6 diesel its december 2003 reg 90 000 miles on the clock , had flat battery so brought new one from halfords and now cant start engine imobiliser light flashing more than one in two second time please help
