Mend Pro-Tech PM225-16 Chainsaw Start Fine

Adjustments for a: PM225-16 chainsaw?

Is it difficult to adjust the PM225 to make it run smoothly. When I start the saw it runs fine on full throttle, and not so badly on half throttle, however, when I turn the thorttle off to run the saw it stalls immediately. I do not have a manual. Is there a web site for the saw that describes how to tune the saw.
