Hello. The child lock button on my Samsung fridge/freezer keeps flicking on and off. Hence every 5 minutes the fridge/freezer beeps. Any ideas? It's extremely annoying.

my tempature on the fridge wont stay at 1degree keeps jumping back to 15 how do i set it to between 1-4 without it jumping back thanks guys

If you don't know which Samsung water filter you need, go on the Appliance DIY Repairs website. They sell all the Samsung water filters, and will be able to tell you which one you need. They also come with instructions so you do it properly. We were getting the cheap ones but started getting a funny taste and had black bits in the water. We'd already bought a repair kit for our fridge from them, so we thought we'd get the filters there as well. The water does actually taste better now. If you follow the instructions properly, you can't really go wrong.

Great help of the red lilter light, should have read the manual....doh. Agree pozzani about the best price although if you look around there are a number of independant suppliers than can beat their two at a time filter shipment by about GBP3 even though they are shipping from pozzani?!...weird

it means your filter needs changing, this is after approx 6 months. best site for new filters is www.pzzani.co.uk - comes with all fitting instructions etc. When done this is when you reset.

Hold down the "ice type" and "child lock" buttons (bottom button on the left and the right) together for about three seconds. The light will change back to green.
