Mend Hotpoint Mistral Fridge Temperature Problem

hotpoint mistral,fridge not working?

hotpoint mistral fridge/freezer,fridge not working,display says fridge is at +2 degrees but its more like room temp,freezer is working fine,any ideas what could be causing this problem would be very helpful thanks
