how to fix a cold freezer but warm fridge?

Have a 4 year old hotpoint A-class fridge freezer. Problem is that the freezer is at the correct temperature but the fridge is not cooling. Can anyone help to resolve this problem?

i had the same issue with a zanussi frostfree. try defrosting the fridge & freezer for 48 hours and then switch back on. this normally works as it will have removed any of the build up of ice blocking the pipes that cool the fridge, however, if it continues a month or so down the line, then its an issue you'll need an engineer for.

if its a frost free you probably have an issue with the auto defrost system.not an easy diy fix
