Mend Kenwood 721.80839500 Turns Off While

microwave turns off while cooking?

I have a kenwood microwave elite model 721.80839500. It will loose power while cooking. If I unplug it and let it cool then plug it back in, it works again. I think it may be the thermostat or the sensor assembly. Am I close?
