how do i get my heating back on?

i ran the hot water tap and it was cold so i went to the boiler and the pilot was out so i turned it off then on but then it blew the electricity and wont go back on the little light is off but the mains one is still on what do u think is up with it

you need an engineer,hope you got an insurance plan,sounds like trouble,mabe the pump has went to earth
