Mend Gianelli Speedfight 50 Exhaust Rollers

speedfight 50 air cooled, new gianelli exhaust?

i have just bought a gianelli exhaust. i fitted it along with the 6 gram rollers that came with it. it has been de restricted and it only does 40mph, also it is very sluggish off the line, any ideas how to make it faster of the line, i was thinking a polini variator??
