Baxi Bermuda 552 boiler...problems..........HELP!?

I have a Baxi Bermuda 552 Boiler. the pilot light and gas is on but when i switch on the hot water and central heating the flames and noise do not increase at the back and i have no hot water or heating. please help me.

Will just be the solonoid on the gas valve so no need to change the complete valve

poss gas valve or boiler stat . get the gas man out . but 1st check all switches are on . stat up.clock on. main fuse on. etc.
