Mend Yamaha BWS Starts Choke Revs

17.5 carb trouble?

ive just fitted a 17.5mm carb to my yamaha bws. it starts without the choke and revs high. ive tried adjusting the idle screw but this doesn't help. the main jet is 90 and the pilot jet is 34. there are no air leaks, i just want it to run normal. help!!
