Mend SANTO 03798 Only Run 5

Why does my SANTO only run for 5 minutes?

I have a SANTO 03798 - 6 kg fridge-freezer which has had a new compressor fitted, but only runs for 5 minutes and then cycles off for 5 minutes then back on for 5 minutes continuously. Would anybody know what I need to look for?
