My mobile home did not leak until I had some one to power wash it. Now it leaks at the roof seams .We hav e cool sealed it with white cool seal but can not seem to stop it from leaking.HELP.tHANKS,Jim
usually no matter what sealent you use the joints must be clean and dry if not any expansion or movement will cause the joint to leak the dry part is very important most sealants will cure immediately on contact with moisture and will not adhere to the surfaces if they are damp i would try and wait a while until the weather improves
