Mend Acer AT2602 Repair Screen Warranty

How can I fix my Acer AT2602 26" screen?

My Acer TV is outside its' warranty. The screen has started to go all green with only an outline of the images.Is this likely to be something worth repairing or should I just scrap it and buy a new one?
