How can I fix a engine mangement failure/oil pressure failure ?

My Peugeot 207 HDi warning lights engine management failure/oil pressure failure light up and my engine cuts out altogether. This is very dangerous when driving obviously. Has anyone come across this failure and have a solution. The garage are trying to diagnose but as yet have no solution.
