windscreen washer not working no pressure?

can you hear pump running- if you can,then jets may be blocked [clear with a needle], or filter in bottle is blocked [remove pump filter is part of grommet where pump fits] if you cant hear pump then check fuses ,check power is getting to pump connection,pump may be at fault.
