Why does my car battery drain itself ?

When did the problem start- if it was after the fitment of the hands free kit then it must be that.
Otherwise fit a voltmeter between the battery and the battery terminal
Take clock fuse and radio fuse (permanent feeds) out and with ignition off take out fuse till there a zero reading. this way you will be able to establish what on a specific circuit is drawing current
