Mend Morco D61 Boiler Lpg Hot Water

my morco d61 lpg heater as very warm or no hot water?

my d61 as good water pressure over 1 bar when cold tap is on the pressure is good but when l put on the hot tap the boiler comes on ok but the water it delivers is very poor and weak hardly warm
